, a consulting firm specializing in sales and business development, is seeking a detail-oriented AT&T Wireless Trainee to join our Greenville team. In partnership with AT&T's B2B division, this role is responsible for facilitating accurate onboarding and account setup for new business clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
As an AT&T Wireless Trainee, you will serve as the final point of contact in the onboarding process for new business clients. This role is responsible for verifying account details, confirming service orders, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with AT&T's standards. You will play a critical role in transitioning accounts from sale to activation, supporting a seamless client experience and reinforcing AT&T's reputation for service excellence.
Key Responsibilities of the AT&T Wireless Trainee
Review newly acquired AT&T B2B accounts, in-person, to verify the accuracy of customer information, service selections, and enrollment documentation.
Guide business clients through contract completion and enrollment forms, ensuring all required fields are properly documented and compliant with AT&T standards.
AT&T Wireless Trainees serve as the primary liaison for new business customers, addressing inquiries and providing clarity throughout the activation process.
Coordinate with internal sales and technical teams to ensure a seamless transition from acquisition to service activation.
Maintain detailed records of enrollment activities, client communications, and account status updates within the company's CRM system.
AT&T Wireless Trainees identify and resolve discrepancies or documentation issues during the onboarding process to prevent delays and uphold service quality.
Minimum Qualifications of the AT&T Wireless Trainee
High school diploma or GED is preferred.
Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or data entry is strongly preferred, particularly in a B2B or technical environment.
Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational discipline in managing documentation and client records.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain service procedures and enrollment requirements clearly and professionally.
Proven ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with team objectives and workflow standards.
A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving and client support, with a commitment to service accuracy and operational excellence.
