As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will be responsible for connecting customers with the most recent innovations in communication technology. By combining strong listening skills and proven sales strategies, we consistently exceed sales and engagement goals and place AT&T at the forefront of customers' minds. AT&T Sales Associate training involves working closely with management and client representatives in order to gain and maintain the necessary knowledge to make all sales processes run smoothly and efficiently.

AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities:



Engage directly with consumers to introduce AT&T's products and services, driving both sales and customer satisfaction goals Inquire about business customers' needs and determine how client services can assist them in reaching their telecommunications goals Develop a rock-solid understanding of the industry and AT&T capabilities to ensure the highest level of customer service while completing sales Build a cohesive relationship with departments within the office, in addition to other AT&T Sales Associates, to further enhance sales and outreach strategies Participate in ongoing training sessions and daily meetings to maintain up-to-date knowledge of client practices Navigate AT&T's technology systems to assist customers with account questions, upgrades, and service inquiries during the sales process

AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications:



A high school diploma or equivalent is required; higher education in Business, Operations Management, Communications, or a related field is a plus 1+ years of experience in a people-facing role, including customer service, sales, hospitality, or a similar position A collaborative mindset with the drive to contribute to client success and AT&T Sales Associate processes Excellent time management skills and the ability to continuously learn new sales, customer engagement, and service expectations Strong problem-solving skills while communicating directly with customers
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $49,000.00 - $59,000.00 per year
