Job Description

Spartan Developments is expanding our sales team in the Hartford area, and we're looking for a driven, personable AT&T Sales Associate to help connect customers with the wireless and communication solutions they rely on every day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to represent a leading national brand.

As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will meet directly with customers to learn about their communication needs and recommend plans, devices, and services that best match their lifestyle. You'll work primarily from our Hartford office with occasional local client visits. If you're enthusiastic, customer-focused, and ready to grow your career in sales, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities



Connect with customers to understand their wireless, internet, and home service needs. Clearly explain AT&T products, plans, and promotions in a friendly, approachable way. Recommend customized solutions based on customer preferences and usage habits. Process account updates, service changes, and new orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain current knowledge of AT&T offerings, new devices, and special promotions. Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training. Present yourself with professionalism and enthusiasm while representing the AT&T brand. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals.

Qualifications



Must be 18 years of age or older. Reliable transportation for office shifts and local customer appointments. Energetic, positive, and professional demeanor. Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively. Thrives in a fast-moving environment and adapts quickly. Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement. Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
