Our firm has been a driving force behind the rapid growth of AT&T's sales and business development initiatives throughout the Greater Pine Brook Area. We specialize in in-person, sales, connecting directly with homeowners to provide AT&T's industry-leading wireless and internet solutions that improve how people stay connected every day.

As an AT&T Sales Representative, you'll visit residential neighborhoods, engage customers face-to-face, and help them find the best wireless and fiber packages for their needs. This is not a remote or call-center position -- it's a hands-on sales role that requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build trust in person.

Responsibilities of an AT&T Representative:



Interact with customers to promote AT&T's products and services that are tailored to their needs and offer personalized solutions to improve their daily lives Stay informed on all products, services, and promotions to promote their value and increase sales opportunities effectively Attend meetings with the senior management and sales team leads and other AT&T Representatives to collaborate on improving marketing strategies and contribute to improving sales campaigns to drive account performance Assist in providing top-notch customer service with escalated customer issues by identifying customers' questions and concerns and offering solutions in a professional manner Keep up-to-date records of sales transactions and customer interactions to monitor account sales performance and ensure a smooth enrollment process and customer satisfaction

Qualifications of an AT&T Representative:



A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required Prior experience in customer service, marketing, and sales or a leadership role is strongly preferred Strong leadership and effective problem-solving skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills Show the ability to consistently meet/exceed sales goals
