Job Summary


Directs the ongoing development, implementation, and coordination of programs and services that support Lexington Medical Center (LMC) in the areas of Physician Network growth and development; with direct oversight of provider recruitment, enrollment, onboarding; resource staffing; and student experiences programs. Exercise management and leadership responsible for the overall success of the Physician Network Support Services ensuring that the needs of the physician network are met. Responsible for communicating and collaborating with physician network leadership, management, internal and external customers to facilitate and ensure successful implementation and completion of projects related to physician network operational support initiatives.


Minimum Qualifications


Minimum Education: Bachelor\'s Degree in Relevant Field
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 Years of Experience in a Management, Supervisory, or Lead Capacity
Substitutable Education & Experience: An Advanced Degree Will Be Considered in Lieu of Experience

Essential Functions


  • Responsible for managing the physician and APP recruitment efforts for LMC, including management of the provider recruiters and onboarding coordinator, and Provider Orientation program to provide a centralized point of contact to streamline the pre-employment and onboarding processes to consistently welcome new providers to LMC by providing information and resources needed to integrate and function effectively as a contributing member of LMC.
  • Oversees the manager and operations of the Physician Network resource staffing pool, ensuring successful accommodation of resource staffing needs for the physician network by providing qualified, competent staff built on an internal staffing agency model to support temp to perm hiring for vacant FTEs, coverage for short term needs, and staffing support for network initiatives.
  • Responsible for oversight of PN Student Experiences program and coordinator by creating and delivering standard processes to establish educational partners of choice, priority placements for internal staff, preceptor identification, and ensures compliance for students looking to complete educational opportunities within the PN to provide a direct talent pipeline for recruitment.
  • Oversees the manager and operations responsible for coordinating, monitoring and maintaining Lexington Medical Center\'s third-party payer credentialing process.
  • Communicates in a highly effective manner with leadership, physicians, and staff across the organization, maintaining tact and harmonious relationships to ensure success of the department\'s goals and objectives.
  • Provides guidance, support, and constructive feedback to direct reports and other team members as appropriate.
  • Enthusiastically leads team, embraces diversity and embodies the culture of the organization.
