Primary responsibilities Include:

  • Collaborate across teams to design and optimize viral and non-viral gene engineering methods.
  • Design and execute cell-based functional assays to evaluate T cell modifications in vitro.
  • Track and compile results in an electronic notebook.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able embrace change, while working to produce key deliverables in accordance with project timelines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate results to a diverse cross-functional audience
  • Proactive, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills, appropriate sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
What you have to offer
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s in Science with 5-8 years of experience or Master\'s degree in Science with 3-5 years of experience.
  • Experience in Molecular Immunology techniques including but not limited to non-viral gene engineering methods, PCR, in vitro transcribed-mRNA production and purification.
  • Experience in immunological techniques such as activation of T cells, T cell transduction, electroporation, and functional assays.
  • Experience handling primary cells including cell isolation and leukopack processing is desired.
  • Experience in multi-color flow cytometry.
  • Experience with safe lab practices and the handling of biological material.
