Job Overview

The Associate Professional provides direct care, therapeutic support, and to Adolesent males in a Level 3 residential treatment setting. This role supports the clinical team in implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining a safe and structured environment, and fostering residents' emotional, behavioral, and social growth.

Key Responsibilities

Resident Care & Supervision

Provide daily supervision, guidance, and support to residents in accordance with treatment goals. Ensure safety and adherence to facility rules, policies, and behavioral expectations.

Treatment Implementation

Assist in carrying out individualized service plans under the direction of licensed clinicians. Facilitate therapeutic groups, skill-building activities, and structured recreational programming.

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate, timely documentation of resident progress, incidents, and interventions. Uphold confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and facility policies.

Collaboration, Supervision and Communication with Parpofessionals

Work closely with therapists, case managers, and other staff to coordinate care. Communicate effectively with residents' families, guardians, and external stakeholders as directed. Supervise Parpofessionals

Crisis Intervention

Respond to behavioral or emotional crises using approved de-escalation techniques. Support residents in developing coping strategies and self-regulation skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
