Associate Marketing This individual will be responsible for the development and management of NewYork-Presbyterian\xe2\x80\x99s marketing campaigns, supporting Service Line initiatives that deliver growth and promotion of key priorities for the hospital. This individual will manage channel deliverables that advance initiatives and campaigns, including development of marketing content, partner channels, creative development, and tracking budget/metrics for the campaigns. He/she will partner with the Service Line, Brand, and digital teams to execute on campaigns and channels that will promote the focus of the Service Line. They will help develop and implement marketing strategies that will raise awareness, consideration and engagement for NewYork-Presbyterian\xe2\x80\x99s service lines and regional hospitals. The individual will work closely with Director and managers, building trusted relationships with key partners in Marketing and Communications and throughout the organization. Essential Job Duties
Develop and execute online and offline marketing channel deliverables for service lines to drive growth of new customers and engage existing customers to choose NYP for all their needs over a lifetime.
Oversee and support the design, and development of web design and content.
Work with creative and digital agencies to direct and develop materials for campaign execution.
Work with service line marketing team to execute conference activations, such as booth design, giveaways, collateral, etc.
Review, edit, and support the approval process for printed creative assets, including signage, by working with agency, team, and vendors.
Develop and manage relationship with service lines to become liaison between clinical staff and leadership and marcomm team.
Liaison with marketing team to monitor competitive insights, including competitive creative, regional expansions, and competitive review
Partners with digital marketing team to review and analyze KPIs and metrics across campaigns.
Works to ensure brand and institutional values are upheld in all plans and projects.
Coordinates updates to share results and insights with key partners across the organization.
Preferred Criteria
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from a recognized college or university. R
Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, and to be able to communicate directly with various personnel at the hospital such as physicians, their staff and other healthcare professionals.
Working knowledge of current marketing tools, strategies, and best practices.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
