Associate Marketing Brand Manager

Purpose and Scope/General Summary: The Associate Marketing Brand Manager will help execute marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals, collaborating with sales teams to ensure effective execution, designing promotional campaigns, managing trade events and exhibitions, and overseeing the creation of marketing materials for sales, distributors and retailers. Will work closely with sales and category teams to drive product visibility, build brand awareness and sales through all distribution partners, instore and online.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to create trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior within the trade channels to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Ensure effective product placement, displays, and merchandising materials at retail locations to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Coordinate trade marketing activities for new product launches, ensuring a smooth introduction into the distribution channel.
  • Execute trade-specific promotional campaign, sales kit and promotional strategies based on product features and target markets with category team support.
  • Support Marketing team on the creation of sales tools.
  • Execute all shopper marketing programs with category and sales support.
  • Coordinate participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase products and build relationships with partners.
  • Manage the marketing budget and vendors.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree (Marketing / Business).
  • 1+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience required; Branded CPG preferred.
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills, accuracy, and attention to details.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills.

  • As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.


The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
  • Base salary range of $60,000 - $75,000; and
  • Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company\xe2\x80\x99s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
