As the Marketing Brand Manager for A&C Plastics, you play an integral role in promoting our brand. We pride ourselves on our customer service and the ability to ship same day! We have 3 locations nationwide. We are looking for someone to help us tell our stories. You will work closely with each department to develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies. This is a highly creative role that provides the opportunity to use multiple marketing skills, techniques, and technologies to assist the growth of our business.

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, social media campaigns
• Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorm initiatives
• Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of company brand
• Implement marketing and advertising campaigns; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; and updating calendars.
• Support sales staff by providing new product information sheets
• Support supply chain by editing product data sheets & MSDS sheets
• Coordinate/event plan for trade shows, events, promotional items, and customer retention programs
• Attend Job Fairs/ presentations, events, and trade shows; act as a brand ambassador for the company and educate potential customers/ team members on the corporation
• Manage internal communications
• Create satisfaction surveys as needed
• Plan and execute events; take photography/ video
• Work with trade publications; Write press releases
• Respond to online reviews and social media direct messages
• Own processes for assigned projects for creating, proofing, and getting approvals to meet needed deadlines
• Research competitors to identify industry trends and make recommendations back to the team
• Keep leadership updated on project progress and status
• Ensure deliverables follow brand guidelines
• Work efficiently independently
• Stay up to date with the latest best practices and marketing technologies

SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS;

• Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Marketing, related field, or similar experience
• 1 - 3 years experience in marketing/brand management
• Excellent written and verbal communication with focused attention to detail
• A self-motivated, high achiever who can multitask, prioritize, plan work, and manage time effectively
• Experience with marketing tools: Canva, Salesforce, Constant Contact
• Adobe CC Suite proficiency required
• Working knowledge of web design principles, best practices, and content management platforms, a plus
• Graphic design experience is a plus
• Proficiency in managing/creating social media content
• Willingness and ability to exhibit A&C Core Values every day.

Both drug screen and background check will be conducted.
