Job Duties and Responsibilities

The DISH TV Brand Marketing team is accountable for driving the brand strategy, planning, messaging, and consistency across the marketing organization. A big component of brand marketing includes the planning and execution of integrated advertising campaigns and experience plans, which drive top-funnel awareness and consideration for the DISH brand. These campaigns are also used to create a strong brand halo that improves perception and ultimately drives new customer acquisition for lower funnel direct response tactics.

The DISH TV Associate Brand Manager will lead brand strategy, planning, and execution of integrated brand campaigns and asset creation that will elevate the DISH brand with prospective customers. This includes partnership and facilitation with multiple stakeholders, including internal partners and outside agency partners, to ultimately achieve brand KPI goals. Responsibilities include:

  • Lead annual brand planning, communication plan, and strategic content pillar development through deployment across the marketing organization
  • Act as main POC to creative agency partners and manage and develop integrated creative big ideas, campaigns, and experience plans that translate across the entire consumer purchase funnel
  • Lead SOW development process for Project-based and/or AOR creative agencies
  • Lead quarterly Brand TV and Online Video advertising campaign, which included but were not limited to creative asset development and execution, creative brief development, financial business case development, creative review and feedback, internal routing, consumer testing, and video production process with minimal supervision
  • Partner with Go-to-Market and PMO teams for strategic marketing initiative development and deployment based on long-term marketing strategies and goals
  • Lead weekly external and internal agency partner status meetings
  • Lead marketing message & claims development for new products, services, and offers that ladder up to strategic marketing initiatives in partnership with the Consumer Insights team and internal agency
  • Management of the brand marketing budget, which includes budget forecasting, tracking, accruals, and optimization for total brand marketing spend
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in brand marketing, strategy, production, or campaign management
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across various functional groups, including Consumer Insights, Product, Programming, Go-to-Market, PR, Legal, and Finance. Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership and promote enthusiasm.
  • Agency experience preferred but not required
  • Must be results-oriented and possess an understanding of metrics and data.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with a high capacity to multitask and handle tight deadlines
Salary Range

Compensation: $76,300.00/Year - $109,000.00/Year
