Background and Purpose of the Job

Work closely with the Dove Body Wash Brand Manager on Core Dove Skin Cleansing Projects.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Do:

Performance Management: Manage operational business responsibilities for Dove Body Wash including but not limited to forecasting, budget management, share analyses/projections, pulling/analyzing retailer POS, deep dives into Dove portfolio to gain insights to drive growth and competitiveness

IAT Support: Support Dove BW Brand Manager in the Integrated Agency Team management through execution of Core Projects across all consumer touchpoints. Includes PR, localizing digital assets with digital agency, Influencer marketing and Media planning.

Competitiveness: Drive competitiveness on Body Wash category by keeping a pulse on competition and a strong understanding of the market dynamics to ensure Dove Body Wash is set up to grow competitively. Conduct deep dives on key competitors to understand category dynamics and implement plans for Dove to win in market

Innovation: Work closely with Business Group teams to bring in innovation to life in the US by providing local insights to ensure innovation is set up for success in the US. Lead forecasting for innovation in partnership with Innovation team, CS&P and Demand Planning.

Customer Development: Partner with CS&P team to flawlessly bring innovation to life at all retailers, including but not limited to developing retailer sell in stories, manage sales samples process in partnership with the Innovation team and bringing our plans to life in store.

Local innovations (club packs, displays): Lead artwork for local display/special pack needs

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Need to Succeed:

Bachelor degree required, MBA a plus

3-5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Brand Marketing, preferably CPG

Robust analytical skills

Ability to think strategically, both from a brand as well as a category view

Clear demonstration of successful, consistent delivery to the business

Ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a team-based structure

Ability to deliver both verbal and written communication in a simple, compelling manner.

Strong Bias for Action & Accountability both for self and others

Passion and drive to grow the business and the category

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Growth and competitive mindset

Analytical skills to dig into the details and a capacity for deriving insights to ultimately make recommendations for the business.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $83,200 to $124,700. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.

Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.

Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
