First Media\xe2\x80\x99s Performance Marketing division is one of the fastest-growing full-service Direct Response agencies. Our production team is a powerhouse of relatable video content for a modern-day opt-in viewer, specializing in new and iterative DR video ads that drive massive scale for our partners. We use data to make informed decisions around creative video storytelling \xe2\x80\x94 rather than having the data work for us. We never settle for "good enough" and react in real-time to make creative decisions and leverage how the world responds to our creative to make it even better.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative Associate Account Manager to add to our growing Client Services group on our highly successful Performance Marketing team. You\xe2\x80\x99ll help oversee internal operations and provide support for our Sr Account Manager and SVP of Performance Marketing.

In this role, you will:

  • Support day-to-day internal operations including client communication and project management with internal teams
  • Assist in the preparation of agendas, record thorough meeting notes, help with assignment and management of action items and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with paid media and creative production to provide information and project direction to ensure client satisfaction
  • Manage the balance of multiple production projects and client objectives
  • Support the production of content: Ensure the client provides a timeline and all details, provides briefs for creative development, and has an understanding of daily pacing and reporting
  • Contribute to existing client relationships with clarity, confidence, and understanding of both the client\xe2\x80\x99s business goals and First Media\xe2\x80\x99s business model
You have:
  • 2+ years of marketing experience with a focus on client communications, production, project, and/or account management
  • Solid time management and organizational skills; the ability to thrive in a remote working environment
  • A highly collaborative spirit with the ability to communicate effectively with multiple teams through different mediums (i.e. Zoom, Slack, Email)
  • High level of comfort interfacing with clients
  • Fluent with Google Suite, and communication tools including Slack and Zoom
  • Experience reading and interpreting media reports (Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat analytics) is a plus
