Our growing client is a growing St. Louis general contractor in need of an outgoing Assistant Project Manager that can lead a team. This Assistant Project Manager would be a key decision maker for their projects and would have the opportunity to step into a role with more freedom and responsibilities on the job.   • Handling day-to-day tasks
  • Involved in all GC meetings
  • Make decisions regarding projects
  • Coordinating directly with vendors
  • Communicating with city for permits
  • Doing hands-on work for Senior PM and reporting to them
  • Some travel to job sites
  • Projects ranging from $20M-$30M

My client is a well-known general contractor headquartered in St. Louis with local projects and a strong presence in the area. This client is growing fast and hiring appropriately for their robust backlog. They have been building for almost 20 years and are family-owned. They plan on reaching $100M in revenue next year and they build in every market but focus on assisted-living and cannabis facilities. The owners of my client are very hands-on and the team works very closely together. They are urgently trying to add people to the team for upcoming projects!
