Restaurant Manager
Duties:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability.
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and uphold company policies.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and timely delivery of orders.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
- Implement health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
Skills:
- Strong kitchen management skills, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and recipe development.
- Previous experience as an assistant manager or in a similar supervisory role.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and the ability to coordinate large events.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Experience in restaurant management, including shift management and staff scheduling.
