We\'re seeking an Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, dependable with an eye for detail.

In this full-time role, you\'ll ensure that the physical aspects of our Restaurant Locations (all around DFW, including Waco, Austin, and Houston), Distribution Center, and Corporate Offices meet company standards and comply with City Inspections.

Use provided tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete minor repairs.

As the Assistant Maintenance Supervisor, you\'ll help to detect and report any necessary repairs, such as:

• Roofing
• Roof units (Ac\'s-Make-up airs, exhaust fans)
• Electrical
• Plumbing
• Drywalling
• Kitchen Appliances
• Flooring
• Exterior structure
• Parking lot
• Landscaping
• Parking lot lights
• Signage

• Previous job experience: Property Maintenance, Contractors (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, general, painters, etc.), Construction workers, maintenance.
• Communication: written follow-up and ability to explain solutions.
• A personal vehicle is required.
• You will also be required to complete any other assignments as requested by the management team.
