Looking for a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor who\'s not afraid to get their hands dirty! TruCut, Incorporated is on the hunt for a maintenance mastermind who can oversee the upkeep, repair, and expansion of all our buildings, grounds, and respective systems. If you spend your nights dreaming about the nuances of industrial buildings, we want you on our team!

As the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor, you\'ll get to flex your organizational muscles by developing and executing preventive maintenance schedules to keep our facilities in top-notch condition. But wait, there\'s more! You\'ll also get to act as our main point of contact for building, grounds, and mechanical systems contractors. After all, you\'re going to need some help. We\'ve got four buildings totaling more than 375,000 square feet and just shy of 50 acres!

And don\'t worry, we won\'t leave you out in the cold (or the heat, for that matter). While this position is primarily indoors in a manufacturing environment, you\'ll also get to bask in the glory of Northeast Ohio weather as you inspect and supervise outdoor maintenance activities.

If you\'re looking to work on machines, play with hydraulics, or put the P in PLC then you\'ll need to talk to us about a different position. We leave that kind of work to our industrial maintenance team. So long as you don\'t borrow their tools without asking they\'ll probably give you a hand from time to time and may even let you use their scissor lift instead of climbing a ladder.

This is a full-time position with occasional evening and weekend work, but we promise you\'ll have a blast (and maybe even some mild back pain).
