To work alongside top tier professionals, including data scientists, data strategists, and investment professionals building out tools to improve the way our investors process information.

Job responsibilities:

  • Construction of highly personalized recommender systems to highlight information to investors
  • Development of bespoke factors to better identify information e.g., detection of probable inflection points in time series
  • Working with investors to better understand their workflow and how we can help streamline their consumption of information
  • Mentoring junior talent across the group, being a senior voice with the technical team with regards to standards and approach

Rrequired qualifications, skills & attributes:

We\'re looking for problem-solvers with a passion for building creative solutions and helping to scale them for greater impact.
  • 5+ years\' experience in a quant, data science or data engineering role with a focus on statistical learning
  • Highly creative - approaches problems with a fresh mind, able to rapidly develop and test a hypothesis, able to defend a non-traditional approach
  • 5+ years using Python. Experience working in collaborative agile analytics or research teams
  • Great soft skills, able to explain your work to non technical audiences, safe pair of hands to present findings to stakeholders
  • Prior experience of recommender systems, highly personalized machine learning or online learning problems
  • Experience working with financial timeseries
