Production and assembly line work in Lead Position
Ensure all production activities are meeting goals for your area.
Effectively communicate with production supervisor, maintenance, and QA personnel.
Provide direction and oversight to operators.
Coordinate and plan resources and activities.
Understand and promote continuous improvement.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Maintain a high level of safety and quality focus.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to perform job duties with minimal or no supervision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
Highly productive, adaptive, and self-motivated.
Effective at multi-tasking.
Basic troubleshooting ability and mechanical aptitude a plus.
Experience Required
2+ years of experience in a Team Lead in Manufacturing plant environment
