Furniture and Appliance Delivery and Installer / Assembler

Seeking a leader and a team player with experience with appliance delivery and the ability to drive a 26-foot box truck. Routes will be throughout the state of VA and possibly Tennessee, and North Carolina delivering household goods. Furniture assembly, installing various appliances, and the lifting of various household goods may be a vital part of a workday. Having your own tools and the fundamental knowledge of tightening and loosening basic fasteners mandatory. Don't apply if you cant work a minimum of 5 days a week.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age.

High School Diploma, GED, or Certifications in a specific trade

Must have your own transportation to the work site.

You must have previous and verifiable commercial driving experience (NON-CDL), within the last 2 years from date of application in a vehicle with a GVW of 10000 lbs or greater. (CDL License Preferred but not Required).

You must have a valid state issued Drivers license.You are required to supply a copy of current driving record (Must be no more than 30 days old) Should have positive points on VA license.

Be willing to submit to pre-employment screening; Drug Test, Criminal Background Investigation (there are time expirations on certain charges), Motor Vehicle Records Verification, Employment History Verification, DOT Physical Exam.

Reporting site is in Richmond, VA

Full-time and Part-Time Positions are available

4-7 days per week

Trucks will consist of a 2 to 3 man crews depending on occupants strengths and skill-sets.

Compensation: $750-$1050 weekly (contingent on number of days worked and experience)
