3. Ensure accuracy and quality during each step of the assembly process.

4. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Minimal prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.

3. Ability to read, understand, and follow detailed work instructions.

4. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

5. Ability to learn and adhere to good manufacturing principles.

6. Reliable and punctual with strong attention to detail.

Key Skills:

3. Basic understanding of assembly tools and processes (training provided).
