Position Summary

The Assembly Worker I is an entry-level, hands-on role responsible for assembling speaker components and supporting the production of high-quality audio products. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in precision and detail, and want to build technical skills in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble speaker components and sub-assemblies using hand tools Follow written work instructions, diagrams, and safety procedures Perform basic wiring, fastening, or soldering tasks (training provided) Inspect components and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Communicate quality issues or material concerns to leadership

Entry-Level Experience & Skills Required

0-1 year of hands-on experience

in any of the following is acceptable: + Assembly or manufacturing
+ Construction or general labor
+ Carpentry or woodworking
+ Fabrication or shop work
+ Mechanical or trade-related work
Comfortable using basic hand tools (screwdrivers, drills, measuring tools) Ability to read simple diagrams or follow step-by-step instructions Strong attention to detail and quality Willingness to learn new skills and follow standardized processes Reliable attendance and positive team attitude

Preferred (Not Required) Skills & Background

Carpentry, woodworking, construction, or fabrication experience Familiarity with measuring, cutting, fastening, or fitting materials Exposure to electrical components, wiring, or soldering Interest in audio, music, or electronics Experience working in a warehouse or production environment

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs occasionally Good manual dexterity for working with small components Comfortable working in a warehouse environment that is not always temperature controlled
