Job Description
Job Title: Part-Time California Licensed Architect - Remote Project Coordinator Our company is currently seeking a part-time, California-licensed architect to join our team as a remote project coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating projects and serving as the point of contact with clients for work delivery. Qualifications:
- Must be a California licensed architect with a valid license
- At least 3 years of experience in architecture project coordination
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
- Experience with residential and commercial projects
- Coordinate architecture projects remotely
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure project delivery meets their expectations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Review project designs, plans, and specifications to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and regulations
- Provide support to the project manager or principal architect as needed
- Manage project schedules and deadlines
- Assist with project documentation and reporting
- 4 hour shift
- Choose your own hours
- Day shift
- AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
- Revit: 1 year (Preferred)
- California architecture license? (Required)
