Appointment Sette

r to join our team. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for calling individuals who conducted the water quality survey in the stores and setting appointments for our technicians to test their water.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for generating leads.

Responsibilities:

-Contact individual home owners in the valley and help set up a complementary in-home water test.
-Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
-Track and report on appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
-Collaborate with the sales team to improve lead-generation efforts.
-Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when speaking with clients.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
