We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Appointment Setter to join our team. As an Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for setting appointments with potential clients through cold calling efforts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for helping individuals achieve financial success.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our services and schedule appointments for our advisors. Utilize scripts and sales techniques to effectively communicate our value proposition and generate interest. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies and achieve appointment-setting goals. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to enhance sales pitches and responses to client inquiries.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to engage with individuals over the phone. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. A genuine interest in finance and investment management.
