Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Appointment Setter to join our dynamic sales team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, engaging with prospects through outbound calls and warm calling strategies to schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives. Your enthusiasm and communication skills will drive business development efforts, helping us expand our customer base and strengthen client relationships. Responsibilities



Conduct outbound calls, including warm calling and cold outreach, to prospective clients using targeted lists and marketing campaigns. Engage potential customers with clear, compelling communication to understand their needs and introduce our solutions. Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules, ensuring a smooth scheduling process. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms to log interactions, update contact records, and track appointment statuses accurately. Collaborate with the sales team to qualify leads based on business development criteria and ensure appointments are set with high-quality prospects. Follow up with prospects via email or phone to confirm appointments and provide additional information as needed. Maintain a professional, positive attitude during all interactions, delivering excellent customer service that reflects our company values. Support marketing initiatives by providing feedback on outreach campaigns and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications



Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections confidently and professionally. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools used for managing customer interactions. Knowledge of technology sales or technical sales processes is a plus. Demonstrated ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns effectively while maintaining persistence and enthusiasm. Experience in customer service or business development roles that require active listening and problem-solving skills. Pay: $22.51 - $27.10 per hour
