Responsibilities
Lead Management & Outreach
Manage incoming and outgoing calls to prospective patients using our CRM system
Follow up extensively with leads over prolonged periods of time
to maximize conversion
Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, text, and email
Maintain a clean and organized pipeline of leads in the CRM with detailed notes
Available Monday-Saturday to hit call targets, email nurture, and prospect as needed
Prospect and research leads' information to tailor personalized outreach messaging
Qualification & Scheduling
Pre-qualify prospective patients based on orthodontic needs and insurance/payment criteria
Schedule appointments efficiently using our Practice Management System (PMS)
Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-show rates through proactive outreach
Coordinate with treatment coordinators on qualified leads ready for consultation
Performance & Accountability
Understand, meet and exceed targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), and critical success factors
Track and report daily statistics - stat sheet updated by EOD and sent to Management
Attend one training/feedback session per week with coach
Stay current on orthodontic treatment options, financing, and promotional offerings
Continuously improve conversion rates through refined communication techniques
Follow all internal communication cycles properly
Target of qualified appointments booked per month is achieved
Stat sheet is updated by EOD and sent to Manager
All patient interactions are properly documented in CRM
All internal communication cycles are properly followed
Performance Standards
Reduced no-show rate through effective confirmation protocols
CRM data accuracy and completeness maintained at all times
Pipeline is well-organized and can be observed by Sales Lead and Manager
Patient show rate consistently meets or exceeds benchmarks (bonus eligible)
Patient conversion to treatment tracked (bonus eligible)
Requirements
Must-Have Experience & Skills
6+ months experience in an SDR/BDR role
preferred (appointment setting, inside sales, or similar)
Exceptional over the phone
(this is a non-negotiable requirement*)
Excellent communication skills
both verbal and written, Spanish
Efficient with email and texting
- able to manage multi-channel outreach
Must be great at presenting
discussing options and benefits overcoming objections
Experience in healthcare setting (a plus but not required)

Base Wage:
