Solar Appointment Setters

. This role is the entry point to an exciting career in the solar industry, with clear paths for growth into closing and leadership roles.

What You'll Do

Engage with homeowners (in person, by phone, or at events) to generate interest in solar solutions Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar and energy savings Schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants Track leads and appointments in our CRM Represent Sunset with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm

What We're Looking For

Strong communication skills and confidence talking with people A positive, coachable attitude and a drive to succeed Ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy team Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus (but not required - we train!) Reliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours

Compensation: Income potential of $88k+ with our competitive commission structure.
