The Role
We're hiring our
first-ever Appointment Setter
, which is a big deal for us. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, bringing great energy to conversations, and turning interest into action.
You'll be the
first voice
prospective clients hear--building rapport, asking the right questions, and booking qualified appointments for our sales team using
hot and warm leads
.
Compensation (This Is Where It Gets Fun)
$50,000 base pay
Strong bonus structure
The more
qualified appointments
you set, the more money you earn -- simple as that
If you're consistent, coachable, and driven, there's real earning upside
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to
warm and hot leads
(and handle inbound calls as they come in)
Create great conversations that build trust quickly and generate excitement
Ask smart questions to
qualify prospects
(business type, needs, urgency, etc.)
Set
high-quality appointments
for our licensed sales team
Track activity, notes, follow-ups, and outcomes in our CRM (Salesforce or similar)
Collaborate with the sales team to improve show rates and conversions
Support targeted outreach campaigns and re-engagement efforts
Bring a professional, friendly, high-energy vibe to every interaction
What We're Looking For
Experience in
appointment setting, outbound calling, inside sales, or B2B sales
(preferred)
Strong communication skills--confident, clear, and people-focused
Comfortable handling objections and staying positive
Organized and consistent with follow-ups
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus, not required)
Self-starter mindset with the drive to hit goals and earn more
