The Application Services Manager - Supply Chain and Corporate Services will be responsible for overseeing the Supply Chain and Corporate Services team within the Application Services department. This team is responsible for the Warehouse Management system, transportation management system, ERP, and Financial systems. The successful candidate will have experience leading technical teams and possess excellent leadership and management skills. They will also have a strong understanding of the supply chain and corporate services domains, and be able to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to ensure that the technology solutions provided by the team are aligned with business needs.

Application Services is a dedicated department responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting applications used by SSL. The team comprises various roles: Software Developers, Software Engineers, Salesforce Administrators, and Application Specialists.

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to 125,000, candidate must leave within one hour of the Greenville, WI Office.

Essential Functions

• Lead the Supply Chain and Corporate Services team, including hiring, training, and managing staff.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure that technology solutions align with those needs.
• Develop and maintain project plans and manage resources to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage the development and maintenance of the Warehouse Management system, transportation management system, ERP, and Financial systems.
• Oversee the implementation of upgrades and enhancements to existing systems, ensuring that these changes are implemented in a timely and efficient manner.
• Manage the support and maintenance of the systems, ensuring that service levels are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members, ensuring that they have the resources and information they need to be successful.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams, including hiring, training, and managing staff.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a track record of delivering successful projects and managing teams effectively.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand business needs and ensure that technology solutions align with those needs.
• Experience with Warehouse Management systems, and/or transportation management systems, and/or ERP and Financial systems.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with cloud-based technology solutions.
• Experience with software development and coding.
• Experience with change management and organizational transformation.
• 5+ years of experience in application development and maintenance, with a focus on supply chain and corporate services systems.
