Job Title: Application Developer Main Office: Sun Prairie, WI Job Summary: ProAGtive Technologies is looking for a Database Programmer to be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining all aspects of proprietary based applications and software while providing support for other programs. Candidate must be able to plug into existing code bases quickly. Additionally, they will ensure overall application integrity and meeting project schedules. The role will provide detailed technical program specifications and implement desired improvements for continued program updates and advancements. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven strong technical knowledge of computer programming with some background of user-friendly application development. While not required, a background in dairy based agriculture would also provide beneficial as ProAGtive Technologies is a Dairy Nutrition Service Organization. Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Develop and implement SOPs for program development
• Help train others on functions of program updates and features
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends
• Offer new thinking to troubleshooting scenarios
• Ensures integrity of new application system
• Meeting of application project schedules
• Have an environment where work can be done productively and without interruption

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in general software development methodologies
• Enhance and maintain applications with user-friendly, stable application experience
• Delphi (Pascal) experience
• MySQL experience
• Microsoft Office experience
• Acrobat Adobe experience
• Android, iOS programming experience using Fire Monkey
• Tee Chart experience
• Local database administration experience
• Working knowledge of Windows
• Web development skills
• Understanding of TMS Software components.
• An understanding of RAVE Reports.

Education or Experience:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Or 3-5 years of experience
• Dairy background preferred, but not required
