Role

The Alliance Marketing Manager combines marketing expertise and AV Market knowledge with strong project management skills to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, client-facing programs, and event sponsorships in the US. By building and maintaining relationships with global Alliance partners and collaborating with key stakeholders, you will effectively define requirements and deliver expected results, all while leveraging the global marketing plan.

This strategic position takes on the responsibility of supporting, developing, implementing, and executing marketing plans and campaigns alongside our expanding portfolio of alliance partners. As a member of our Marketing team, you will report to our CMO and work closely with our Alliance and Channel teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment across departments. Your marketing expertise, project management skills, and strong communication abilities will play a crucial role in driving the success of our global partner marketing initiatives.

This is a remote position for someone based on the East Coast of the USA, ideally in Georgia or surrounding states.

Accountabilities:

Develop and execute effective marketing programs to drive business growth for Airtame\'s Alliances go-to-market initiatives, focusing on building pipeline for alliance programs.

Collaborate with key relationship managers, alliance teammates, and sales teams to develop integrated alliance marketing campaigns using marketing automation, events, thought leadership, webinars, collateral, and digital marketing.

Project manage all aspects of partner marketing plans, including campaigns, paid media, content development, events, communications, digital strategies, social media, and reporting.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with partner team members.

Contribute to partner marketing plans for global product launches and joint product introductions.

Gain a working knowledge of our client\'s collaboration products and alliance partner software and hardware.

Coordinate with internal web teams and partner web teams to ensure web copy, links, and overall web presence alignment.

Responsible for content management on internal web portals and regional access.

Own the process and coordination of content development for all campaigns.

Support global partner virtual and/or in-person events, including event content creation and booth coordination.

Conceptualize and build a webinar cadence targeting different audiences, such as clients and end users.

Serve as the contact point for the PR agency, assisting in content ideation aligned with the global marketing plan.

Engage with external review and reward sites to showcase Airtame products and brand positively.

Stay up to date with industry and market trends related to hybrid work and the future of work to identify opportunities and develop targeted marketing strategies.

Competencies

3+ years of experience in alliance / partner marketing in the AV industry

A strong technical backbone and ability to understand technical concepts

Fluency in English, both written and verbal communication skills

Experience with hands-on content planning and writing

Strong customer/user focus skills and good stakeholder management skills

High detail orientation with a strong ability to define and adjust priorities.

Ability to work independently and in a team.
