Job Description

We are seeking a

highly proficient Airtable expert

with a strong background in

e-commerce operations

. This role will focus on building and optimizing databases, automations, and dashboards to support our product management, logistics, and marketing teams. You'll work closely with cross-functional departments to streamline processes and ensure our data is accurate, accessible, and actionable.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain Airtable bases that manage product listings, SKUs, assets, and channel data Create advanced Airtable automations, formulas, scripts, and linked workflows to reduce manual work Integrate Airtable with tools like Gmail, Google Sheets, and e-commerce platforms Develop dashboards and reporting tools to help leadership make data-driven decisions Collaborate with product, logistics, and marketing teams to enhance internal data visibility and efficiency Ensure Airtable structures align with Manhattan Comfort's e-commerce operations (Amazon, Wayfair, Target, etc.)

Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience working with

Airtable

(expert-level formulas, automations, scripting) Strong understanding of

e-commerce workflows

, product catalog management, and marketplace operations Proficiency in data organization, relational database design, and process automation Analytical mindset with a high attention to detail and ability to translate business needs into systems Excellent communication skills -- able to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively Experience with SellerCloud or other PIM/ERP systems a strong plus
