E-Commerce Operations Clerk

to join our team. We are expanding our online business through Shopify and Amazon platforms and are looking for a skilled

E-Commerce & Amazon Operations Specialist

to help us establish, manage, and grow our online stores for rapid sales growth.

Responsibilities:

Build, launch, and manage the company's

Shopify independent store

and

Amazon seller account

. Upload products, optimize titles, descriptions, and images for SEO and conversion. Analyze sales data, adjust pricing and promotions to increase revenue. Create and execute online marketing strategies, including discounts, bundles, and advertising campaigns. Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, and marketing team to ensure accurate product listing and fulfillment. Monitor customer feedback, manage product reviews, and maintain brand reputation. Report performance data weekly to management and suggest improvement actions. Follow company policies and management instructions regarding work hours, reporting, and project execution. Support management and other departments as needed

Qualifications:

Experience in

Shopify

and/or

Amazon Seller Central

operations. Knowledge of product listing, keyword optimization, and online advertising. Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing trends and analytics. Familiar with digital tools like

Canva

,

Google Analytics

, and

TikTok/Instagram Ads

is a plus. English proficiency required. Strong organizational and communication skills. Legally authorized to work in the United States.
