Global food trading company specializing in the import and distribution of premium Asian food products is seeking a

Korean / English Bilingual E-Commerce Specialist

to join their team. This position will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of online sales platforms, optimizing product listings, analyzing performance data, and supporting digital marketing efforts. This is a full - time direct hire position.

Korean / English Bilingual E-Commerce Specialist Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings across major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, etc.) Optimize product descriptions, images, and keywords to improve SEO and conversion rates Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the logistics team to ensure product availability Analyze sales data, customer trends, and performance metrics to propose improvements Assist in developing and executing online promotions, campaigns, and pricing strategies Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order-related issues in a timely manner Communicate regularly with Korean vendors and partners regarding product updates, promotions, and fulfillment Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations Research competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge

Korean / English Bilingual E-Commerce Specialist

Requirements:

Bilingual fluency in Korean and English

(verbal and written) - Mandatory*
2-4 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales, preferably in the food, grocery, or consumer goods sector Strong understanding of online marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.) Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and experience with data analysis Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with advertising tools (Amazon PPC, Meta Ads, Google Ads) Knowledge of online payment systems, fulfillment models (FBA, dropshipping, etc.)

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
