We are looking for a Project Manager to support the Littlehampton team on a 6 month contract.

The reponsiblites are:

  • Managing multiple very high profile projects with the ability to be run all the projects in parallel.
  • Ability to lead & work with cross-functional team and coordinating work done by different people.
  • Build timelines, define tasks and resources. Be able to define what is needed and identify the gaps.
  • Presenting plans, timelines, deliverables, statuses and progress, including daily syncs & updates to executive management levels.
  • Be able to monitor the progress and be familiar with all the latest updates on a daily level.
  • Ability to identify risks, raise red flags and set mitigation plan.
  • Very good communications skills, written and verbally.
  • Be creative in co-ordinations and problem solving, to keep the project running and achieving the goals.
  • Improve processes within and between the teams to get better & faster results.
Work Environment:
  • Domestic and International travel of up to 25%
  • Interfaces with internal customers in all functional areas and may interface with external customers
Skills
  • Proven record of managing complex projects within cross-organizational teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task are required.
  • Ability to manage to aggressive timelines
  • Ability to make independent decisions with initiative and tact.
  • Experience in developing and executing to project budgets
  • Must be able to interact with people at all levels and different geographical locations in the organization.
  • Excellent computer skills in project management software, Microsoft Office (including Project and Visio) and SAP
  • International awareness and sensitivity
Background:
  • Associates degree in Electronics Technology (or equivalent) plus 7+ years experience in a high tech engineering environment
  • 8+ years in leading/managing through influence on projects
  • Demonstrated communication and leadership skills
