Flag Football and Soccer Coaches

to lead after-school sports programs for elementary students in

Prince George's County, MD

.

What You'll Do:

Lead fun, skill-based

flag football and soccer

sessions for K-5 students. Teach essential fundamentals such as teamwork, passing, dribbling, defense, and game awareness. Organize small-sided games and scrimmages to encourage participation and teamwork. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment. Supervise students and ensure all safety guidelines are followed. Create simple, engaging practice plans tailored to age and skill level. Set up and pack up equipment before and after each session.

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, or sports preferred). Basic understanding of flag football and soccer rules and techniques. Energetic, patient, and dependable personality. Strong communication and leadership skills. CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Must successfully pass a background check.

Schedule & Pay:

After-school hours: typically between

1:30 PM - 4:00 PM

Sessions are

1.5 hours each

(20 min setup, 60 min instruction, 10 min cleanup) Work

1-3 days per week

$20-$25/hour

($30-$37.50 per session)
