About the Role

Ben Bellucci Academy is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable

Soccer Coach

to lead after-school programs for elementary students in

Brevard County

. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for soccer, a love for teaching kids, and a desire to create a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment.

Responsibilities

Lead age-appropriate soccer drills, activities, and games. Teach essential soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, defense, and teamwork. Organize scrimmages and small-group games to reinforce skills. Ensure a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for all players. Prepare simple lesson plans tailored to elementary-aged students. Motivate and encourage students through positive coaching methods. Set up and clean up equipment before and after sessions.

Qualifications

Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, or mentoring preferred). Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals, rules, and strategies. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Organized, dependable, and energetic personality. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain). Must pass a background check.

Schedule & Pay

After-school hours, typically

1:30 PM - 4:00 PM

, 1-3 days per week. Each session lasts about

1.5 hours

(including setup and cleanup).

Pay:

$20-$25/hour (

) depending on experience.
