, a nationally recognized and award-winning agency, is looking for experienced, energetic, highly motivated Afterschool Program Site Directors and Soccer4Change League Coordinators to work at public schools, recreation centers, and other community settings!

As an Afterschool Program Site Director, you will:

  • Plan, coordinate and lead day-to-day operations of a comprehensive after-school program
  • Direct the activities of program participants, contractors, volunteers and staff
  • Maintain records (registration, attendance, incident reports)
  • Assure a safe and supportive environment for learning
  • Work closely with parents, school administration and partner organizations.
To be a successful Afterschool Program Site Director, you should:
  • Have a strong background in youth serving programming, including planning, development and coordination of services
  • Demonstrate strong communication and administrative skills
  • Have understanding of and skills in managing developmental milestones, and taking appropriate corrective actions to address behavior challenges.
As a Soccer4Change Program League Coordinator, you will:
  • Lead year-round soccer programming for youth, including skill building programs, clinics, and league play for middle and high school students
  • Set up and take down equipment/field spaces
  • Support and supervise players, spectators, and monitor field play
  • Provide coaching, skills development, refereeing, scorekeeping and other soccer related activities
  • Coordinate with teams, coaches, referees, and provide other supports and assistance needed to implement the Soccer4Change program.
To be a successful Soccer4Change League Coordinator, you should:
  • Be knowledgeable and have proven experience leading soccer programs
  • Have a background in working with a diverse community, performing outreach, and engaging under-represented individuals and groups in programming
  • Strong community engagement background
  • Be available for practices and games afterschool and evenings, especially Thursdays and Fridays
  • Drivers License and ability to transport equipment and participants in passenger vehicles.
The hourly rate for this SEASONAL/TEMPORARY position is $22.22.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Completion of 2 years of college. (60 Credits)
Experience: Six-Thousand two hundred forty (6,240) hours (3) years of relevant work experience as an instructor or supervisor in one or more specialized recreation activities.
Equivalency: An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
License: Possession of a valid driver\'s license when required for job-related duties.
