In conjunction with and reporting to the Vice President, SIG SAUER Marketing, the Affinity Membership Manager will be responsible for management and administration of all SIG SAUER affinity and membership programs, activities, and all aspects of member relations. These programs include but are not limited to SIG SAUER\xe2\x80\x99s Legion program, as well as a soon to be released women\xe2\x80\x99s affinity program, and a consumer rewards program.

  • Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of 5 years of Affinity Membership experience.
  • Big, recognizable brand experience is preferred.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain regular member outreach.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the retention of existing members, recruitment, and cultivation of new members, including the creation of new member benefits and regular solicitation of member feedback.
  • Design, Implement, and Manage SIG SAUER\xe2\x80\x99s affinity and membership programs for members and strategic partners, including providing relevant information and resources on request, and soliciting input from staff within their areas of expertise as needed.
  • Develop SIG SAUER\xe2\x80\x99s virtual resources for members.
  • Develop and Manage SIG SAUER\xe2\x80\x99s membership and affinity programs to solicit feedback from members with a focus on member service excellence and ongoing program and service offerings.
  • Represent the SIG SAUER\xe2\x80\x99s affinity and membership programs to existing and new members and in the community, including speaking publicly for the organization when needed.
  • Provide on-site development and coordination of programs and services for regional strategic partnerships:
  • Plan, market, and coordinate programs to retain members and drive new memberships.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the cultivation and retention of members.
  • Support the Vice President, SIG SAUER Marketing Director, in developing and implementing new strategic programs and services as the need is identified and feasibility is determined.
  • Manage operational needs for the membership and strategic partnerships:
  • In concert with the Vice President, SIG SAUER Marketing Director, coordinate website content and functionality to enhance membership and strategic partnership programs.
  • Complete other projects and tasks as assigned.

Education and/or Experience:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experience and at least 5-years of professional experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide quality customer service and to lead and balance work with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Program planning, implementation, and evaluation experience is preferred.
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing ideas and programs for affinity and membership programs.
  • Demonstrated facility with managing, facilitating, and presenting to committees, trainings, and groups.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, flexible, and collaborative with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, and positive, can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Power Point.
  • Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and a commitment to SIG SAUER\xe2\x80\x99s mission.

Working Conditions:
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Must wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which is required in designated areas.
