Job Description
ADON

- Hours are flexible Monday-Friday
- On call rotation
- Manage and direct Nursing Department in partnership with and in the absence of the DON.
- Make clinical rounds.
- Clinical assessments.
- Daily follow up of patient change of condition.
- Provides exceptional patient care.
- Attends all necessary meetings.
- Documentation.
- Create and implement new processes as needed.
- Other duties assigned by the DON or Administrator.
- Current RN or LPN in the state of Nebraska.
- Current CPR certification
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a managerial role preferred
