Website: www.delrichtresearch.com Patient Testimonials: https://delrichtresearch.com/testimonials/ Regulatory Coordinator\'s Main Objective: The Regulatory Coordinator will will assist our Regulatory Team with providing high level, centralized support organizing and running the busy day-to-day operations of our numerous clinical research sites throughout the US. Outcomes Executive Assistant is Responsible for Achieving:
  • Key resource in allowing our clinical research sites to provide excellent customer service to our patients, physicians and sponsors
  • High level of autonomy and responsibility in role

  • High level of autonomy and responsibility in role
  • Maintain fast, industry leading study start up times by completing initial trial documents within 3 days of receipt
  • Evaluate whether sites are in compliance with Regulatory compliance standards
  • Understand company policies and operating procedures and effectively communicate them to Clients.
: The Regulatory Coordinator will maintain all activities related to the general operations of our clinical research sites and offices including but not limited to:
  • Helps complete documents required to initiate new clinical research trials
  • Ensures quality documentation and training throughout each clinical trial, including processing clinical trial amendments
  • Maintains site staff certifications
  • Responds to client inquiries regarding requests for information
  • Supports clinical research sites and team cohesion by providing clear and consistent communication regarding clinical trial activities
  • Computer Skills:Email management
Excellent with Apple computers and all Google Workspace applications The Right Candidate Will:

Skills needed to win:
  • B.S or B.A from any accredited university
  • 1+ years administrative and/or assistant experience is a plus
  • Coffee drinkers preferred. Tea drinkers accepted.
