Trifecta Entertainment and Media is currently seeking a highly motivated and organized TV Traffic/Advertising Sales Coordinator to join its dynamic New York team. The TV Traffic/Advertising Sales Coordinator will work with TV Sales Account Managers and Traffic Operations with data entry for new and existing advertising sales contracts, commercial TV inventory maintenance and TV traffic integration, coordinating campaign logistics with advertising agency and direct clients, office administration, and other ad-hoc projects. This position offers an individual the experience of working in a rewarding environment with a team with vast experience in media and research, and exposure to sales opportunities. Trifecta pays a competitive salary with benefits. This is a full-time on-site position in midtown Manhattan. Required Skills

- Extremely detail-oriented and well organized
- Inquisitive and willing to learn
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service skills
- Works well in a team environment as well as working independently
- Strong computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Must have the legal right to work in the United States
- Previous ad traffic, commercial inventory management, media buying, or media agency experience is a plus, but not required.
