NextPath Care Management & Consulting is a small, mission-driven firm specializing in elder care and Aging Life Care(TM) services. We bring a strategic yet compassionate approach to helping families navigate the complexities of aging -- from healthcare and housing to emotional and logistical support. We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Coordinator to help support our growing team and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the care management team by performing a variety of clerical, organizational, and communication tasks. This is a
part-time to full-time, hybrid
position requiring initiative, out of the box thinking, and strong communication skills. Comfort and experience with technology across multiple platforms is necessary. This position reports the owner of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide administrative and scheduling support to the care management team.
Prepare and manage client contracts and medical releases (including DocuSign and Dropbox organization).
Maintain accurate and organized client files -- both digital and paper.
Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to reflect NextPath's mission and services.
Develop and maintain internal databases.
Assist with updating client information.
Monitor office supplies and assist with general office operations.
Support special projects and help improve administrative systems for efficiency.
Required Skills and Abilities
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Highly motivated and dependable, with a flexible schedule.
Proficient in
Microsoft Office Suite

Zoom
, and
Canva
. Experience in database management.
Comfort working across multiple databases and online platforms.
Analytical and proactive mindset--able to identify and implement process improvements.
Ability to work independently, handle confidential information responsibly, and maintain HIPAA compliance.
Collaborative spirit and a genuine interest in the field of elder care.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree.
5-7 years of administrative experience, ideally in healthcare, social services, or a related field.
Familiarity with medical or elder care environments is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
