Work in collaboration as a lead with other support staff secretaries, and directly reports to the Principal.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide confidential administrative support
Accounts payable/receivable of student accounts and material acquisition
Work productively as a member of a team
Ensure the smooth operation of ordering supplies
Responsible for keeping track of the school and department's budget
Ability to work in a student-centered, fast paced setting
Meet and greet the school community
Communicate with the school community in a positive and helping manner
Strong written and organizational skills
Computer skills including knowledge and experience with Google applications, and ADS Profund preferred
Bookkeeping experience is required
Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalency and three (3) to five (5) years related experience. An Associate's Degree is preferred.
