SAIC is seeking an Administrative Secretarial Support staff to join the National Security and Space (NSS) Sector\'s GEOINT Front Office team to ensure effective execution of on-going management operations within the Directorate. Responsibilities include managing calendars, submitting travel requests and vouchers, providing status updates to internal websites, scheduling conference rooms and telecons, routing requests to the appropriate Officers and classification specialists and coordinating approval of documents and waivers.

This on-site position also supports several aspects of personnel security for the Director and Deputy Director of GEOINT/Security. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating GEOINT security information sites and databases supporting visit certifications, points of contact and clearance status, and performing security briefings and debriefings.

SAIC already has a \xe2\x80\x9ccasual part-time\xe2\x80\x9d employee supporting this office approximately 10 hours per week who has held this position for a number of years and will offer on-the-job training for approximately one year.

a. The contractor shall provide onsite support to the GEOINT Front Office and Security Staff.

b. The contractor shall coordinate logistics and security requirements for conferences, events, meetings, and projects (e.g., PMRs) as well as create/edit Power Point/Excel/MS Word documents and briefings.

c. The contractor shall apply organizational skills to ensure actions, projects, and assignments are completed in a timely manner and according to deadlines.

d. The contractor shall be knowledgeable of and stay current on all training for required processing databases, such as TALON, SCT, DISS, AMHS, etc. The contractor should be a primary POC for administrative and personnel security, staying abreast of security policy and database updates, requirements, and changes and regularly communicating those updates with the PSO staff and when appropriate, industry and other GEOINT partners.

e. The contractor shall process and coordinate items such as Program Access Requests (PARs), Requests for Access (RFAs), Non-disclosure Agreements (NDAs), incoming and outgoing visit certifications with Government partner organizations and sites, clearance and access validations and certifications, badge and NAAP requests, as well as any other security process support requirements.

f. The contractor shall provide security support by tracking all security action items including ad-hoc actions, security waivers, overhead requests and lists, and any other security related requirements.

g. The contractor shall provide ad hoc security or admin support as assigned, specifically managing calendars, submitting travel requests and vouchers and keeping Org charts, recall rosters, and phone cards updated, etc.

Qualifications

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and six (6) years or more of related experience; Masters and four (4) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience

Required Qualification:

a. Demonstrated experience scheduling and coordinating activities.

b. Demonstrated experience with executive calendar management, telephone conferences and messaging, travel arrangements and vouchers.

c. Demonstrated experience reviewing correspondence for grammar and formatting.

d. Demonstrated experience coordination and management of decision documents.

e. Demonstrated experience providing complete administrative support at the senior executive level.

The desired qualifications are:

a. Bachelor\'s Degree in a Technical OR Business related discipline.

b. Demonstrated experience with ADMINISTRATIVE SECRETARIAL SUPPORT within the NRO, IC or DoD.

c. Demonstrated experience within or knowledge of the GEOINT Directorate.

d. Experience or knowledge with personnel security procedures

All personnel assigned to work on this contract shall have a TOP SECRET SCI Access clearance and will be subject to a Counter-Intelligence (Cl) polygraph. All personnel shall be cleared or crossover eligible at time of proposal submission. The Government will exercise full and complete control over granting, denying, withholding, or terminating security clearance for contractor employees.

Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
