Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Downtown Phoenix, AZ, for an Acquisition Specialist. The primary responsibilities include identifying and evaluating property acquisition opportunities, conducting market research, communicating with property owners, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves program management tasks to streamline acquisition processes and build lasting professional relationships with stakeholders. This role starts with a base salary of $3,000 monthly and a 15 percent commission for every property you get closed.

Qualifications

??Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in market evaluations ??Experience in Acquisitions and Market Research within real estate or related industries ??Effective Communication and relationship-building abilities ??Program Management skills for organizing and executing acquisition tasks ??Proficiency with relevant CRM tools and data analysis software is a plus ??Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
