Do you have experience in Accounts Receivable and Electronic Billing? You can use both of those skills and further your career in finance and accounting in this role. We are currently recruiting for an Accounts Receivable/Billing Specialist opportunity at leading manufacturing company in the life sciences field. It is a fast paced, growth oriented environment with a great team. This is a hybrid schedule.

salary: $30 - $35 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

\xef\x82\xb7 Print invoices daily and mail or email to customers for IMT LLC and Microscopy LLC
\xef\x82\xb7 Submit invoices through online portals
\xef\x82\xb7 Setup and actively maintain portals for customer invoice submission
\xef\x82\xb7 Retrieve customer PO from portals
\xef\x82\xb7 Work with Customer and internal resources to resolve Customer disputes that are impacting
payment.

\xef\x82\xb7 Provide copies of invoices to Customers upon request.
\xef\x82\xb7 Contact Customer to resolve payment discrepancies (over and short payments).
\xef\x82\xb7 Document status of past due invoices.
\xef\x82\xb7 Investigate and confirm address changes and other Customer information as needed. Provide
input for updates.
\xef\x82\xb7 Other duties as required
