Accounts Payable & Receiving Associate
Located in Wichita, Kansas, One Source Products is a supplier of commercial hollow metal doors and frames, hardware, toilet accessories, and more. Not only are we a supplier, we also install newly provided door and hardware packages as well as service any existing products affiliated with doors and hardware.
We are currently seeking knows accounts payable and can receive product into our system as it is delivered to our warehouse.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Entering invoices from suppliers into Comsense
- Processing sales order acknowledgements in email
- Receiving product into Comsense and processing as necessary
- Create check runs and print checks for weekly payables
- Reconcile credit cards and process all monthly ACH payments
- Pay based on experience
