The Accounts Payable Associate is focused on providing accounting and clerical support to the Finance Team as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring global purchase invoices are correctly recorded in the company\xe2\x80\x99s accounting software and paid on time
- Assisting in month end processes, including calculating and processing journal entries and maintaining reconciliations
- Processing Expense Reports
- Other ad hoc activities as required
Key Requirements
- Strong IT skills, particularly in excel and accounting software. NetSuite experience is preferred but not essential
- Understanding of Accounts Payable processes
- Familiarity with month end closing processes
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external stakeholders
